either not play and just sing the lyrics or you can play that riff over 
again until the song get to the guitar part.

This the repeats for the entire song (it can even repeat through the main 
solo riff in the song, or you can play the intro during that part, or you 
can do a combo of both, it is all up to you as it all sounds good and fits 
the song well, believe me I have tried it all those ways and it works out 
well.
